How is my wine delivered? Where in Laos do you deliver wine? When can I expect to get my wine delivered? Find these answers and many more in our Frequently Asked Questions below.

If you have no further use for your customer account, you can deactivate your customer account at any time.

Enter your personal information, alongside the delivery and billing address.
After pressing the button "Proceed to payment method" you can now select from several payment options: Credit card, BCEL QR code or cash on pick-up.
In the last step you will find an overview of your order to ensure everything is in order.
A voucher can also be redeemed at this point.
You can find a specific wine by using our search and filter function.
You can find these under the navigation point "Buy wines".
We try to order our wines as they're being sold. However, should you face an out of stock situation, we have a trick for you

We do not have a minimum or maximum order quantity. However, a delivery charge of 20,000kip will be applicable for purchases below 600,000kip.

Orders above LAK 600,000 (60 USD) all enjoy free shipping.
Orders below LAK 600,000 have a 100,000 (10 USD) shipping fee.
Orders completed before 12:00 will be delivered same day, if wanted.
Orders completed after 12:00 will be delivered the following day.

You can pay via What'app or on delivery. If you like to pay on What's App, we'll send you the QR code.
