Blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant is supported by cedar, dark chocolate and fennel hints. The vibrant palate has great balance and dense tannins. The taste will be enhanced by ageing.

Spier Creative Block wines are a South African take on traditional Rhône- and Bordeaux-style blends. Our winemakers carefully select grapes from different vineyard blocks, combining and blending taste profiles to create wines much greater than the sum of their parts. Having won many accolades both at home and abroad since its launch in 2009, this is Spier’s most awarded range of blends, enjoyed by discerning drinkers around the world. The Spier Creative Block range of blends takes its name from a Spier Arts project proudly supporting South African artists.
 
Spier Creative Block 5: This Bordeaux-style red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Red winemaker Johan Jordaan won the 2011 Diners Club Winemaker of the Year for his 2009 Creative Block 5.

Fresh, Fruity and real party goer ...

Linderman's wines take me back to my youth when they produced a lot of easy drinking fruity wines ... and this wine is no acceptation. Got a party coming along ... this is the wine to serve, apart from its extremely great price, if your guest even 'think' they like white wine, they are going to love this wine. Served Icy cold this fresh and fruity wine with a hint of Spritzig will kick your party along and give your guests a memorable evening

Not too heavy

Another Jacob Creeks classic, this Cabernet Sauvignon is not too heavy, with minimal Tanin, very fresh, ideal with a nice meal, unlike some Cab. Savignon's that lean towards a Shiraz, this wine is a very easy drinking wine for the beginner consumer and the mature consumer

Crisp and Fruity

Typical high quality Jacobs Creek wine, this wine has a crisp fresh taste about it, ideal for sipping over conversation. I'm surprised at the relatively clear colour, this wine has obviously been stored correctly, unlike similar wine I have drank in restaurants in Thailand

One of my favourites

One of my favourites. Great full bodied wine. The grapes shines through and gives it such great finish. Perfect evening wine with a great steak.
