Anna de Codorníu Brut is fresh and elegant, showing delicate citrus and tropical fruit aromas alongside subtle notes of brioche. On the palate, it is balanced and creamy with fine, persistent bubbles and a refreshing finish.
Ideal as an apéritif. It also goes well with shellfish and white fish. Suitablea ccompaniment for sushi and sashimi or lightly spiced carpaccio. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Serve chilled (6-8 C).
Anna is our tribute to the last member of the family to take the Codorníu surname who, in 1659, married the viticulturist Miquel Raventós. It was the first cava to introduce the Chardonnay variety in its coupage, which gives it delicate aromas, an unmistakable freshness and a unique personality. Given its history, its coupage
and its versatility, Anna has become Codorníu’s most emblematic cava.
